Independent labels like Outnote with their own distribution network and publishing company are rare gems. Outhere, with headquarters in Brussels and branches in Paris and Cologne, is one of them. The label was founded in 2004 and, in an ever-shrinking market, grew into the best proof that passion and perseverance are still a winning combination.
